Time management

By scheduling a specific time for a specific work can also be helpful for you to improvise your work load. That is the first thing in the morning when you enter your office. You can follow-up with your official email, check whether there are any mails from your clients or not. Generally, people tend to waste the first hour of their office time in arranging their bags, purses, addressing hi’s and hello’s. Try to avoid it.

Maintain a Dairy

People tend to forget things, like where they kept their car keys, or who asked for a file 10 minutes ago, etc. So one should maintain a dairy recording communication with all. Even simple things like passwords and names of friends long ago, passports, anniversaries, birthdays and even back up data must be penned down or written down.

There are also most important issues that we tend to forget which are forgetting our grandfathers and their contributions that they made, the reason we exist today, also where we fit in our organization. Sometimes we forget to grow, to learn and practice the latest techniques because we sometimes think we have achieved everything by what we did. No, there is a lot that we can learn. There is no barrier of age to learning.
