Prioritizing and organizing-the key to Self Improvement - part 1

January 13, 2008 on 4:43 am | In Development |

For a person to be self improved he needs to be prioritized and organized in his work. By prioritize we mean to focus attention on errands that need to be done urgently, mathematically and with total attention. Also by organizing his work in parts can help him improvise work quality. Because if we have an urgent requirement as to challenges like submission of a project or targets to complete are given to us, there is nothing that you can be afraid of for you are well organized. All you need is think and compile the program by first having thought of a blue print of the program.

Multi tasking problem

Sometimes you do get multi tasking jobs but the way you handle depends on how organized and priority based work you perform. How you can do so? See that you do arrange your work in such a way that you get to do the most important tasks first. Daily work which doesn’t require a lot of attention and urgency can be kept aside. Also while performing your work a lot of distractions might disturb you or distract you. You should be deciding what is important for you, that being attracted to the distractions or focusing on your work as a whole. Main distractions can be sometimes your cell phone, which you can turn off too. Also your landline number near you can distract you and irritate you, so keeping it off the hook might be a plus point to you.
