A health savings account in addition to paying off the medical expenses also works as a source of tax saving for the account holder. The payments that go towards fulfilling the medical expenses can give the account holder a one hundred percent tax deduction and hence people get attracted to the health savings account. Even if the funds of the health savings accounts are not used to their fullest for the medical expenses, the interest on it keeps on growing and hence, it offers great financial benefits for the account holder. Thus, the health savings account comes in handy during retirement for most of the individuals. A health savings account can be flexible and the account holder has the freedom to choose the physician that they want, which is not possible in other medical plans. There are two parts of the health savings account, the first part is of health insurance policy accounts, for fulfilling bigger medical expenditures and hence it is termed as high deductible. The second part of the health savings account is the investment account from which the account holder can take out money for paying medical care and the amount thus taken is tax free. Anyone with age below 65 can open the health savings account and the unutilized funds in the account can be claimed for any purpose by the account holder.  Author - Index Funds

Time management

By scheduling a specific time for a specific work can also be helpful for you to improvise your work load. That is the first thing in the morning when you enter your office. You can follow-up with your official email, check whether there are any mails from your clients or not. Generally, people tend to waste the first hour of their office time in arranging their bags, purses, addressing hi’s and hello’s. Try to avoid it.

Maintain a Dairy

People tend to forget things, like where they kept their car keys, or who asked for a file 10 minutes ago, etc. So one should maintain a dairy recording communication with all. Even simple things like passwords and names of friends long ago, passports, anniversaries, birthdays and even back up data must be penned down or written down.

There are also most important issues that we tend to forget which are forgetting our grandfathers and their contributions that they made, the reason we exist today, also where we fit in our organization. Sometimes we forget to grow, to learn and practice the latest techniques because we sometimes think we have achieved everything by what we did. No, there is a lot that we can learn. There is no barrier of age to learning.

For a person to be self improved he needs to be prioritized and organized in his work. By prioritize we mean to focus attention on errands that need to be done urgently, mathematically and with total attention. Also by organizing his work in parts can help him improvise work quality. Because if we have an urgent requirement as to challenges like submission of a project or targets to complete are given to us, there is nothing that you can be afraid of for you are well organized. All you need is think and compile the program by first having thought of a blue print of the program.

Multi tasking problem

Sometimes you do get multi tasking jobs but the way you handle depends on how organized and priority based work you perform. How you can do so? See that you do arrange your work in such a way that you get to do the most important tasks first. Daily work which doesn’t require a lot of attention and urgency can be kept aside. Also while performing your work a lot of distractions might disturb you or distract you. You should be deciding what is important for you, that being attracted to the distractions or focusing on your work as a whole. Main distractions can be sometimes your cell phone, which you can turn off too. Also your landline number near you can distract you and irritate you, so keeping it off the hook might be a plus point to you.
